I’m an independent artist based in Mumbai, obsessed with form long before I knew what to call it. Shapes, structures, patterns—
I wasn’t just seeing them, I was trying to break them apart
and understand what made them work.
Art school gave me the tools. Calligraphy gave me discipline.
But Devanagari gave me something else entirely—an awakening.
I stopped reading letters as language and started seeing them
as raw, expressive forms.
That shift changed everything.
My work lives in that space—between script and abstraction, structure and rebellion. I don’t follow the rules of lettering.
I bend them, stretch them, sometimes completely ignore them.
This is where I’ve found my voice.
And I’m still pushing it further.
